floor可数还是不可数

floor和storey的区别

这两个名词均可表示“楼层”之意。

floor指某一座高层建筑物的某一层。

storey通常仅用以表示某一建筑的高度。

例如：His office is on the fifth floor. 

他的办公室在五楼。

There is a lift to all floors. 

有电梯通往各层楼。

The office building is five storeys. 

办公楼有五层楼。

I live in a twenty-storey building. 

我住在一栋二十层楼的房子里。

住在几楼在英语中用介词in还是on

1、floor来表示楼层，通常与介词on搭配。如：

Our flat is on the first floor and theirs is on the third.  我们的公寓在一楼，他们的公寓在三楼。

如：What floor do you live on你住几楼？

I live on the second floor.

2、一般住在哪个房间，表示空间，用介词 in .如：

如：Which room do you live in？

I live in room 5 on the second floor

3、如果是用storey  来表示楼层，则可连用介词in（侧重空间）或on（侧重层面）。如：

He’s living in the second storey. 他住在二楼。

My room is on the second storey. 我的房间在二楼。
