stress和pressure的区别

1、含义不同

stress是指精神上的压力，如：考试之前，面试之前的紧张；pressure是指物理上的压力，例如：水压、大气压等等。

2、压力的侧重点不同

stress侧重指承受外来的压力，也指由于某种原因而引起的心理、生理或情绪上的紧张。pressure在科学上，指单位面积上所受到的压力。用于引申时，指某事物所产生的压力或影响力等。
